Very busy - large scale catering.

Relocation will be necessary for Gauteng residents.

Hotel School Diploma with minimum 6 years experience in a senior Hotel F/B Management role required.

Experience in large international & South African 5* Hotels required.

Management of vast volumes of F&B production, with a large staff complement.

F/B strategic planning with solid F.B financial management acumen.

Exceptional strong F/B & Banqueting management skills required.

Excellent Leadership abilities required, Lead by example.

Excellent Guest & Staff Relation skills essential.

Salary R 45 K - R 55 K - accommodation ( small fee )with company benefits.
