Hotel School Diploma with further minimum of 5years F/B Management
experience in 5* Hotels required.

Strong Conference, Banqueting, Restaurant & overal F/B Management skills essential.

Well experienced in large properties is essential.

Knowledge of F/B computer systems

Strong leadership abilities - lead by example.
Excellent Guest & Staff Relations skills required.
Strong Managerial abilities.

Cost control and cost management experience needed.

Staff Training skills required.

Manage the entire Food & Beverage department.

Salary R 25 K - R30 K - including accommodation with company benefits.
