Tertiary qualification at hotel school or something similar will be an advantage.

Managing all F&B operations and delivering an excellent guest experience.

Forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, stock, staff and finance.

Maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement

Staff training.

Computer knowledge.

Excellent Guest Relations skills required.

Good staff Relations skills required.

Lead by example.

Salary R 30 000 - R 35 000
