Food and Beverage Manager sought for large conferencing and leisure venue in the Waterberg area. The successful candidate will have experience managing multiple outlets. The package includes accommodation.

We are looking for a candidate from the hotel industry, not a restauranteur. The successful candidate will deputise to the Hotel General Manager in his absence from the unit.

Minimum requirements
Matric
Formal hospitality qualification
Stable work record showing steady career progression
3 – 5 years working experience in the position of F&B Manager in large hotel units
Experience managing multiple outlets

Salary is R30 000 CTC per month, negotiable on experience. Accommodation is provided.
