My client a luxury upmarket Hotel in Centurion are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager,with the following requirements:
Matric (Grade 12)- A hotel industry qualification would be an advantage
Previous managerial role &/or work experience in a similar role
Opera & Micros knowledge essential
Stock control & experience essential
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Implementing guest Service Standards & Train the Trainer training will be an advantage
Must be guest service driven, a team player with a positive attitude
To have organizational & managerial skills
Computer literacy (Excel & Word)
Self-disciplined & attention to detail
Work / perform well under pressure
To have a professional appearance
This position involves shift work & MOD shifts
