Our client, a leader in the gaming and leisure industry, is looking for a dynamic individual to take up the role of Food & Beverage Manager and become a part of their team!

The main purpose of the role will be to lead the Food and Beverage Team including Kitchen in the provision of high quality Food and Beverage products and services for casino and hotel guests and customers.

The successful incumbent must meet the following MINIMUM requirements:

Academic qualification/criteria
•Grade 12 (NQF level 4)

Work experience/skills
•At least 5 years’ experience in similar role
•Experience in business strategy development
•Market research and competitor analysis
•Familiar with report writing
•Management experience in product improvement and service delivery in all Food and Beverage areas
•Stock management and purchase requirements
•Team management and leadership
•Calm navigation through emergencies and subsequent recoveries
