To manage & maintain the operation of the F&B department.
Daily stock control.
Submit stock movement documentation to administration for processing.
To provide leadership to staff, maintain lodge facilities & required administration processes.
To provide a level of hospitality which meets the company’s standards. 
F&B operational stock & equipment monitoring & replacement.
F&B operational stock procurement.
F&B operational stock dispatch as per lodge requirement/s (wine).
Promote upselling of “exclusive” F&B stock (wines etc.) to lodge guests.
Communication with kitchen personnel.
Active daily duty management: Breakfast, lunch & dinner service.
Speciality setups i.e. sundowner- popcorn stops, bush dinners etc.
Conducting monthly stock takes.
Department personnel leave scheduling & time book management.
To assist in the training & or train lodge personnel to the Company Standard.
To capture & submit training conducted as per the prescribed Company Standard.
To attend such training courses as may be arranged from time to time.
To process & submit F&B & other lodge invoices as per Company policy.
To process & submit salary & wage inputs for the F&B Department.
To be conversant with the Labour Relations Act, the applicable wage regulating agreement
Basic Conditions of Employment Act & to be fully conversant with the Company’s
internal trade union agreements i.e. flexibility timing.
Salary Negotiable including accommodation.
