Manage the outlet operations whilst on shift

Ensure guest relations and hotel standards are adhered to and maintained

Ensure staff are fully trained to have knowledge of the menu, billing systems and standards

Do on the job training on various procedures including order taking and processing

Ensure guest satisfaction at all times whilst on duty

On-the-job training of staff in relation to our operation

Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent

Hospitality Qualification

???Minimum 2 years experience in F&B supervisory position in a 5 star establishment
