Description: An agricultural company in the Durbanville farm area requires a food factory manager to join their team. This position will report to the Managing Director. This represents an excellent career opportunity for a team player with responsibilities including: the reliable supply of consistently good quality product to our markets; excellent stock control, product flow and service delivery; leading and empowering a team of 60 employees to perform and develop to their full potential; adherence to relevant biosecurity, hygiene, ethical and safety standards in a FSSC 22000 accredited facility.

Key Requirements: An appropriate tertiary qualification or extensive egg pack station experience. At least four years proven managerial and planning experience in a food factory environment.

Additional Requirements: Above average computer literacy. Good interpersonal skills with strong leadership abilities. The ability to work independently.
Remuneration: Market related and dependent on experience.
Starting date: As soon as possible.
