A Food Safety/Operations Manager is required for one of our clients in the meat industry (pork products), situated on the north coast of KZN (+- 80kms north from Durban).

Min requirements:

•Completed BTech/ND Food Technology would be advantageous
•HACCP/FSA/SASFIS experience essential
•Meat industry experience
•Staff management experience
•Must be willing to work long hours & Saturdays when and if required
•Own vehicle essential
•Must be able to communicate in isiZulu

Duties will include (but not limited to):

•Setting up and implementation of Hygiene & Food Safety Systems within daily Operations
•Internal Audits
•Managing Supervisors

Salary offered: R35k pm ctc
