Industry seeks to employ a Food Safety and Quality MANAGER to:

Develop, implement and manage the
Food Safety Management Systems Program based on HACCP and ISO/FSSC 22 000
principles including the drafting, updating and implementation of all
documented Quality and Food Safety related policies and procedures.
Conduct Internal Audits and factory hygiene and pest control inspections
Training of factory staff on all Quality and Food Safety related issues
Conducting of regular traceability tests and annual Mock Recall
Evaluation of final product during production
and end of shelf life samples and feedback

Matric / Grade 12 equivalent
Experience in all food safety matters and
documentation control
HASSAP experience
Knowledge of HACCP & ISO/FSSC 22 000 principles and related
policies & procedures
