My client, an organic fruit and vegetables farm based close to Paarl, is seeking to employ a passionate Food Scientist to join their team.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification (MSc in Food Science)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality control, product development and production management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills is of the utmost importance
• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
• Own transport

Responsibilities:

• Controlling and managing HACCP and ISO quality standards
• Product development of fruit juices, processed foods and cosmetic products
