- Must have at least 5 years Store Management experience,
- Experience in Restaurant or Fast Food Management would be huge advantage
- Must have strong leadership skills, reliable, dedicated, passion for retail and making an already successful store, even more successful.
- Must have a hands on approach, determined, a strong motivator, ability to plan effectively, work under pressure, prioritize, work with a team, communicate and interact with people on various levels and provide outstanding Customer Service.
- Confident and assertive individual who has a passion for service excellence and hospitality.
- Ability to build up a rapport of good standing with all customers.
- Must be positive and have a strong work ethic
