Quality Assurance Officer

Excellent opportunity to join this leader in the Food Manufacturing Industry based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town

Minimum requirements:

National Diploma in Food Technology (or equivalent)
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience gained within the FMCG environment
Experience in BRC/FSA/HACCP
Exposure to food safety audits/certification audits
Proficient in Microsoft Office

KPI's

Compliance with food safety and quality programs

Verify the implementation of changes triggered by: Changes in legislation or new legislation, Introduction of new products, product specifications and product labelling

External and Internal auditing

Dealing with Customer Complaints

Product Testing
