Food Technologist required for a small Durban based consulting laboratory. Must have experience working in an industrial microbiology & chemical testing laboratory and hygiene auditing of food premises. Preference given to candidates with own vehicle and knowledge of HACCP and local Food Safety Laws. A qualification in either Food Technology or Microbiology essential. Position available immediately.
