Foreign creditor’s clerk (Permanent position)
Duties include:
1. Preparing the creditors reconciliation of an overseas supplier for the company
2. Comparing stock received (GRV) against payments made to supplier.
3. Dealing with all queries that suppliers (intercompany and external) have with regards to over and under deliveries, shortages, claims, return, over pmts and short pmts.
4. If pmt’s are done on incorrect suppliers candidate should do the necessary adjustments.
5. Handing over all accounts to different managers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in foreign creditors field.
- Prepared to perform under pressure, dynamic and enterprising.
Remuneration:
R8500 pm ctc
