FOREIGN CREDITORS CLERK

Responsibilities:

Calculating of Foreign Creditor Payments
Reconciliation of Foreign Creditor Accounts
Update and Maintain Foreign Creditor History
Capturing of all payments via banking system
Working/communicating with Foreign Suppliers and FM
Checking of Shipping Documents for accuracy
Preparation of Shipping Documents for customs clearance
Adhoc functions

Skills:
The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Fair knowledge of working with MS excel
Overview of customs clearance processes • Brief understanding of Rates of Exchange
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy • Accountable and proactiveness

Minimum Requirements
Min. of 2 years experience in Foreign Creditors
Experience in a Shipping Department would be beneficial
