• Must have experience with Foreign Exchange (Bureau de Change and Money Transfer).
• Minimum of 10 years in the Foreign Exchange Industry
• Extensive knowledge of EXCON and Compliance.
• Managing and leading various Foreign Exchange Departments
• Managing of a team 10 +

• Adminstrative operations
• Accountancy – Budgets
• Improvement of process & services

• Staff Management : Managing and providing co-ordination of all staff in various departments and working teams relating to processes, staff tools, equipment and operations, controls, planning, deliverables. Managing all staff in terms of direction, company checklists, productivity, training, reporting, targets, KPI’s, etc. and compile policies and procedures with assistance from the HR Manager.

• Business Development: Formulate business plan, A – Z, per staff member and department to ensure maximum income and growth.

• Reporting: Providing status reports to the foreign exchange head of department and senior management as well as status reports to SARB and FIC and maintain status updates on all regulatory changes and new regulations. Produces consolidated reporting to the Foreign exchange staff Board, including milestone summary, key issues, risks, benefits, summary of costs incurred.
