• Matric certificate and Diploma in Processing / Metallurgy / Chemical / Industrial Engineering
• Must be in possession of a valid Foreman/ Supevisor Certificate 3 Year Central Control Room operations and maintenance planning experience of which 2 year as a Project Management / Process Plant / Mining Fleet experience Year supervisory experience
• 5 years in mining Industry
• Computer literate
• Good communication skills in English

Suitable candidates must have the following work experience:

• Supervise and assist management in coordinating the operational processes to ensure optimized plant and fleet efficiency, performance and throughput. To
• Assist management to improve business performance through managing and tracking information and production system’s / process performance.
• Provide first level support to system users to ensure problems are identified and resolved as soon as possible. Monitor end user’s effective use of systems. Ensure users understand roles and responsibilities. Liaise with PMIS Coordinator on 2nd level support deviations for further action.
• Assist with inputs and requirements for future developments.
• Obtain, check and refine information. Ensure PMIS data is validated and available for first line management reports. Collate and submit reports. Run data exception reports and take corrective action. Conduct document control spot-checks.
• Define end user reporting requirements and provide input in developing identified reports within the PMIS environment.
