FOREX CONSULTANT ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1.1 As a Foreign Exchange Sales Consultant in one of our retail shops you will be responsible for ensuring the profitability of the foreign exchange bureau.
1.2 You will offer exceptional customer service, making each customer feel special, whilst also maintaining a focus on your individual and team sales of foreign exchange.
1.3 In this role, you will assist with the day to day operation of the bureau, increasing its exposure and developing new business leads with a view to achieving your individual and team sales targets.
1.4 With ongoing training, you will be equipped with specialist knowledge of foreign exchange in order to confidently advise your customers whilst performing the shops administrative duties including checking invoices, verifying client ticket details and collecting balance payments.
1.5 You will be self-motivated and have a genuine desire to be part of a successful team.
