Our client situated in Faerie Glen is looking for a Franchise Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage staff to ensure that all safety, merchandising, customer interaction and security standards are maintained
Approach and advice customers on the product or service, listen to customer requests, provide the required products or services, and deal with customers in a courteous and business-like manner
Ensure that merchandising standards and sales promotions are according to laid down standards
Liaise and communicate with Buyer
Follow up and control expenses according to laid down standards
Administration (i.e., scheduling of staff, leave requests, invoices, pricing, costs etc.)
Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards (ticketing, POS material, cleanliness)
Promote sales and achieve budgets
Wastage control and ordering and maintaining of stock levels
Conduct daily quality checks

Requirements:

Matric
Experience as a Franchise Manager
Able to work flexible hours/shifts to meet operational requirements
