Fraud and Transactional Analyst – Banking - Johannesburg

Banking group is looking for a Fraud and Transactional Analyst with 2+ years’ experience in either banking call centre / Insurance Call Centre.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Matric, NQF5 will be an advantage
• Must be able to work Shifts (12 hour shifts – day and night shifts)
• 2 - 3 year years banking / financial /card / Financial or Insurance Call centre experience
• Monitoring of card and card transaction fraud
• Transactional Monitoring and profile screening
• Ensure excellent customer contact and service
• Must be ITC Clear

DUTIES
• Monitoring of Fraud on card products
• Monitoring of Fraud and transactions across the bank
• Good customer care and telephone techniques
