Freelance Financial Manager - Randburg

Key Purpose of the Role:

The Financial Manager will be responsible for overseeing all accounts payable processes, collections and billings as well as reporting, budgeting and general support to the management team.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 5 years in an international advertising agency environment (preferably production focused)
Experienced on Chase
IFRS and SOX compliance

Primary Responsibilities:

Reporting on actuals every month
Oversee Debtors / Creditors / WIP
Maintain chase and Navision system
Consolidation of accounts
VAT/Payroll 3rd Party preparation and submission
Assistance with house budget
Monthly BS recons and audit file
Payroll administered timeously
Monthly journals/provisions/accruals
SOX compliance, policies and reporting
External and internal audit
