IT ADMINISTRATOR (Call Centre Jhb) R5000 p/m

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB:
1. Matric Certificate
2. IT Hardware & Software & Data Management Diploma
3. A Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT performing a similar function
4. Speak, Read and write English fluently
5. Must have experience in analysing Computers & Data for Risk & Fraud
6. Must have excellent communication skills, administration skills
7. Must be a responsible Person
8. Must have own Transport
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Maintain that internet is up and running & Manage Internet Service Providers
2. Maintain all Laptops/desktops & Call Centre Infrastructure (they are in working condition and that all relevant programs are installed and configured correctly)
3. Make sure the telephony system is working correctly – including telephony system (add extensions, add/manage queues, report viewing)
4. Manage Office Network & Network Service Providers
5. Manage IVR’s (make sure all phone numbers ring to the correct place, make sure IVR’s are playing the correct recordings and make sure that all options on the IVR’s go to the correct destination)
6. Manage company servers
7. Maintenance of office infrastructure (desks, lights, aircon, etc.)
8. Maintain backups of all emails/voice recordings, emails & Data Storage
9. Managing ording and setting up of new equipment (laptops, desks, network points, headsets, lockers etc.) & furniture
10. Monitor equipment availability and performance regarding staff growth (laptops, desks, network points, headsets, etc.)
11. Maintain the Security camera system & Entry & Exit Security
12. Manage email accounts (adding/editing new accounts, setting up forwarders, etc.)
13. Project Management - Communicate effectively with all stakeholders on project deliverable, milestones and progress.
14. Communicate with senior management on issues impacting the business and its external business partners and manage all Service Level Agreements associated with this portfolio
15. Decision making: Provide the necessary information to assist the business in making decisions regarding solutions and best practice
16. Perform any other duties delegated to you by your Supervisor/ Manager
17. Manage Call Centre CRM System and Service Provider
18. Manage Daily Statistical Reports to Managers for the Call Centre
19. Conduct Audits on Calls, SMS’s, Emails & CRM for Fraud & security breach especially of Company Data & collection of Customers Monies, and Audit access by all staff of Abuse of: Internet, Computers, Systems, Equipment and Phone Calls
20. Manage Data Security
