Duties

Planning all Freight
Updating freight planning schedule
Send all shipping instruction letters.
Send freight schedules to forwarders and freight lines.
Ensure all orders are approved by the buyers before shipping
Maintain shipping plan
Gathering the required information for freight on board reports
Sending out all freight on board reports 10 days before eta
Negotiate freight rates
Keep updated rate schedules
Send out freight rates to our local forwarders offices
Dealing with queries (bank and supplier queries)
Maintain and update Outstanding Claims schedule
If any claims need to be submitted to suppliers, formal claims letter.
