Candidate Requirements:
Law degree in commercial law
Experience at a law firm or in-house legal department drafting and negotiating financial markets documentation
Languages: French and English – spoken and written

Required skills include:
Excellent interpersonal oral and written/ verbal communication skills
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and drafting skills with attention to detail
Good time management skills and the ability to operate calmly in a high-pressure environment
Commercial, proactive and business-like mind-set
A good grasp of Microsoft Office applications
Be comfortable with technological applications
Existing work permit for South Africa (Spousal, Permanent Residence or local)

Staring date: asap
Salary: market related
