FRENCH LIFESTYLE MANAGER / CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

An internationally renowned lifestyle management company is looking for an enthusiastic individual to create unique entertainment and travel experiences for high nett worth clientele worldwide.

Requirements:
Excellent command of French, written and verbal
Passionate about customer service using initiative, creativity and care to best meet the needs of your elite members
Resourceful, with excellent research skills
Experience in a retail environment, tour operator or similar role is a must
Previous experience working with Amadeus or a similar GDS is ideal

Knowledge of leisure and luxury sales, worldwide itineraries, events, dining experiences and global travel trends will equip the successful candidate to choose in what department to work in a rapidly growing company with great perks
40 hour work week split over 5 days
Shift rotations by GMT, latest shift is 10pm
