Tray International (Pty) Ltd provides Customer Services, Accounting, Administration, IT and Marketing Services to international removal companies. Since 2006, the Company has kept on consolidating its client’s bases, and has extended its network and services to employ a staff of nearly 300 employees.

The Company is growing further in 2014 and needs to recruit new and motivated candidates.

Job Description:

Working within the relocation support department, the incumbent will have the following responsibilities (including but not limited to):
• Checking of payment requisitions, invoices and expenses
• Capturing bank payments and internet banking
• Data Capturing – Invoices and expenses on In-house Accounting package
• Excel Reports
• Filing
• Internal and External communications – with colleagues and clients

Skills and Requirements:

• As a minimum requirement the candidate must have completed their Matric (Bac / A Levels / High School Certificate) and must have at least 1 year working experience in an administrative role.
• Good level of spoken and written French and English
• Good oral and written communication skills are necessary
• Must be computer literate (good knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word and Internet)
• Must be firm when dealing with people, persuasive and persistent, while always remaining diplomatic and respectful.
• Ability to meet targets /deadlines based on productivity and effectiveness
• S/he must be able to work well under pressure and be able to relate well with people from a variety of backgrounds
• Strictness and responsiveness are essential to this post
• Accurate/ Attention to details
Salary: Salary package is commensurate with experience and academic strengths.
