FRENCH SPEAKING CALL CENTER AGENT

Tray International (Pty) Ltd provides customer services, accounting, administration, IT and marketing service to worldwide based removal companies. Since 2006, the Company has kept on consolidating its client’s base, and has extended its network and services to employ a staff of nearly 300 employees.

The Company is growing further in 2014 and needs to recruit new and motivated candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Working in the customer services department, the Call Center Agent will be answering customers’ queries with regards to their shipment, updating call center procedures, taking appointments for sales representative based in Paris. He/she will provide a weekly statistics report with regards to the call center activities, train on the C.C. procedures and monitoring call handling by the call center agents.

Other duties will be determined from time to time by the Call Center Manager.

Skill Required:

• As a minimum requirement, the candidate must have completed their Bac (Matric /A’ Levels/ High school certificate), must be able to work independently and have a strong sense of duty;
• Excellent French spoken and written communication skills, with a good command of English (knowledge of Paris and its area is a plus);
• Strictness and responsiveness are also essential to this post;
• Ability to synthesize information, rationalize and a good sense of customer care are necessary in order to find the best way of effectively resolving claims, for the benefit of both the Company and the client;
• Highly computer literate;
• Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to work in a team;
• Excellent and effective oral communication skills.

Salary: Salary package is commensurate with experience and academic strengths.
