French Speaking Consultant - Johannesburg

Main objective

We are looking for a self-motivated French speaking consultant to join our young dynamic Team. You should be confident in your ability to activate and promote company products to existing and new customers.
Please note: Own transport is a must and you will be required to work shifts.

Key Performance Areas:

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues
• Walk customers through problem-solving processes
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved
• Get feedback from customers
• Escalate queries to third party service providers

Skills and attributes:

• Must have at least 6 months’ experience in a customer service role, ideally in a Call Centre environment and dealing with high value customers
• Experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel and the Internet
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal effectively and professionally with difficult customers
• Results drive and passionate about attaining targets


• Matric/Diploma/Degree
