French speaking Executive Assistant - Cape Town

Our client, an international relocations company, is looking for a French speaking Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responding to the Managing Director and s/he will assist with day to day activities, draft reports and will be in charge of project development. Responsibilities: Human Resources administration: posting job advertisements, HR data base management, screening applications, arranging interviews, participating in selection process, training etc…; Assist with the follow up of departments’ results and performances; Prepare and maintain company reports and control systems; Audit on internal procedures within different departments in French and in English; Daily administrative tasks, filing, preparing company presentations in French and English; Producing training manuals and organizing training when requested, in French and in English. Skills: Must be fluent in French and English Minimum of 2 years post matric studies (Business School/University Degree) Fully seasoned PA with extensive experience as a Project Assistant or Executive PA. Ability to multitask at all levels Computer literate Ability to work under pressure and in a changing environment; Good interpersonal skills, Self Management , Planning and Organizational skills Ability to work within tight deadlines High Level of Accuracy and attention to details
