Our client, a Solutions provider, based in Johannesburg is seeking a driven intelligent hard working French speaking Resourcer to support a successful IT recruiter.

Your role will involve sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, maintaining communications with passive and headhunt candidates, coordinating interviews and filling vacancies.

Requirements:
- Fluent in French and English
- At least 6 months experience working in a recruitment environment
- Have an interest and or understanding of the IT industry.
- Highly IT literate and have a sound knowledge of the use of social media in connecting and maintaining relationships with people. The World of recruitment networking is changing and Randstad pride itself in keeping pace with that change.
