Company Background:
Tray International (Pty) Ltd provides Customer Services, Accounting, Administration, IT and Marketing Services to international removal companies. Since 2006, the Company has kept on consolidating its client’s bases, and has extended its network and services to employ a staff of nearly 300 employees.
The Company is growing further in 2014 and needs to recruit new and motivated candidates.
Job Description:
• Assist the Group Operational Director in planning, managing and monitoring the operational activities;
• Organised and accurate, the candidate will coordinate and ensure a smooth and efficient information flow between headquarter and branches;
• Perform periodical administrative and operational audit in the different branches;
• Provide monthly and yearly reporting on results and performance for all branches;
• Ensure that the multiple goals and objectives are met within the stipulated deadlines;
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth,
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Skills and Requirements:
• As a minimum requirement, the candidate must have completed their Matric (Bac / A’ Levels / High school certificate) and at least 4 years post Matric studies in general management, finance, economy or business studies;
• With at least 1 year previous working experience;
• Native French speaker, with good oral and written communication skills in English;
• Ability to generate creative solutions, thanks to strong problem solving and diplomatic skills;
• Advanced computer literacy;
• Able to manage multiple tasks at different levels;
• Must be resourceful, flexible and detail-oriented.
Salary: Salary package is commensurate with experience and academic strengths.
