Our client, a leading organisation based in Johannesburg is seeking a French speaking Organisational Development Manager to join their dynamic team.

Reporting to the Group HR Director you will be responsible for recognising the current landscape of the business through a period of review. A key focus on engaging business leaders to understand what the future state needs to be a priority to them allow you design, implement and then embed a number of key strategies to allow capability development to be appropriate, best in practice whilst maintaining and improving employee engagement.

Duties:

- Employment Engagement - tools, metrics, data and then solutions for improvement
- Leadership Development and skills identification
- Capability tools and programs - across a global platform using multiple LMS
- Transformation & Change - the business is embarking on a period of realignment, you will be responsible for business engagement and productivity and championing the transformation

Requirements:

- You will have demonstrable Organisational Development experience in a global/international organisation
- You will have working within a company of multiple business units
-You will have a robust process of stakeholder engagement and experience of influencing business leaders to drive success for the OD function
- You will have designed engagement strategies across international geographies with localisation of plans to drive success across the global program
- You will be fluent in French and English
