You will lead a specialised portfolio, in conjunction with generalist marketing expertise for the identified region, within the greater marketing team and be responsible for relationship management for the Francophone region. Your key job responsibilities as the French speaking Senior Regional Marketing Manager in Johannesburg, South Africa will include:

- Quarterly regional marketing plan to generate leads/sales in your region
- Campaign and BAU Flow charts and Storyboard’s Designed, visible, according to the “Campaign and BAU design handbook”
- Campaign and BAU activity daily to generate leads/sales in your region
- Manage BAU and campaign activity according to the Campaign and BAU management handbook Achieve results (based on approved quarterly plans): 100 campaign-linked marketing leads per quarter, 80 campaign-linked sales opportunities per quarter, 25 campaign-linked seats sold per quarter in your region
- Master tactics for the team and act as Centre of Excellence, including vendor leadership for the marketing team – Author, update, and implement a tactic handbook
- Master a market segment
- Master a market segment (any of AEC/MFG/P&P) for the team and for the market group, providing campaign input to the marketing team

Requirements for this French speaking Senior Regional Marketing Manager job in Johannesburg, South Africa:

- Be in possession of a Marketing Honours Degree
- Must be fluent in French and English for business purposes (written and verbal)
- Demonstrate previous work experience (3-5 years) in a marketing environment, measuring and determining ROI
- Experience working with (SFDC) CRM system would be an advantage
- Strong Relationship building skills
- Strong project management skills
- Analytical skills
- Advanced PC skills – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
