French Speaking Web Marketing Assistant
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly qualified individual with at least 1 year of professional experience in a marketing company or department, and a degree in marketing or equivalent.
The candidate will work in close collaboration with the Web Marketing Team, and will be in charge of multiple web marketing tasks for several brands in Europe, Asia and Africa.
The candidate will:
• Manage and optimize Google Adwords campaigns
• Improve the visibility of all group websites on the search engines SEO (quantitative and qualitative link building – directories, blogs, and forums)
• Prepare and send out group communications with the Print Team’s assistance
• Assist web designers in creating advertising banners, signatures, mailers, etc.
• Assist web developers in the development and maintenance of group websites
• Write editorial campaigns for our expatriate partner websites
• Create reports for our advertising campaigns
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
Skills and Requirements:
• As a minimum requirement, the candidate must have completed their Bac (Matric / A
• Levels / High school certificate) and at least 3-4 years post Bac Studies (Marketing or other relevant subject)
• At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar position
• French mother tongue, the ideal candidate will be French or fluent in French. Excellent
• oral and written English
• Highly motivated, organised and dynamic
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a team with good communication skills
• Prepared to work long hours when necessary
