FRESH CUT PRODUCTION MANAGER
EGYPT

Requirements:
?- Matric with at least 10 years experience in the cutting of fresh fruit and vegetables with good knowledge of varieties
- Language proficiency in English
- Above average communication and planning skills
- Computer literate in die basic MS Office programs

Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Manages daily activities in the plant.
- Makes the purchasing plan according to the estimated monthly sales anticipation.
- Arranges work on the plant on daily basis.
- Coaching other plant members for enhancing quality and self-excellence.
- Assure highest hygiene standard are applied in the plant.
- Evaluate labor and other employees and could communicate their points of weaknesses.
- Ensure that all the raw materials used in the plant are received well and are according to the needed standards.
- Ensure that the storage and working places are suitable for keeping good quality of the products.
- Supervise the daily maintenance of equipment and the plant.
- Ensuring that all production are done according to HACCP and ISO 22000.
- Understands the requirements of the customers and could answer any comments.
- Responsible of the availability of the raw materials and the packaging materials enough time before production.
- Makes periodic visits to markets to see the quality of products or new products he could introduce to the management.
