PHP Front end/ Back end Developer position is available with a great company in the Johannesburg area. The client is looking for someone with strong Web Development experience, high sense of urgency and a team player.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree / Diploma
• Minimum 2-3 years PHP Web Development Experience
• Have a good understanding of PHP, HTML(5), CSS(3) and JavaScript
• Have a good understanding of PHP Frameworks (Laravel)
• Integrate Front-end design with back-end programming
• Work in an editor of choice to create the programming for the Back-end systems for web sites and other digital media projects (Mac preference)
• Have a good / creative sense of front end UI design
• Have an excellent knowledge of PHP
• Have an excellent knowledge of Database design principals and a good knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Excellent knowledge of programming techniques and languages used in digital media development including PHP, Javascript, HTML, and CSS
• Have a solid understanding of the CSS Foundation platform
• Knowledge and experience of common programming design patterns,
• Good Knowledge and experience of using GIT
• Need to have built at least two (2) e- Commerce sites in South Africa
• Some basic understanding of the Titanium Mobile Development platform
• Have a basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
