A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Mid-Level developer to our client’s expanding IT & development team. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for ensuring industry standard design principles are applied to our various web applications.

Principle Responsibilities:

• Delivery of end to end projects on your own and in multi-person environments
• Maintaining a high level of productivity and code quality
• Be able to work as part of a team without close supervision
• Working with Project Lead to deliver successful projects
• Reviewing code of other developers to insure optimal code structure and adherence to company coding standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years software development experience
• 3+ year experience of JavaScript libraries and frameworks (e.g. jQuery, Backbone, Angular) in a single page web app context
• Experience of large-team development in integrated environments (e.g. Eclipse) using managed source control systems (e.g. Subversion, Git).
• Strong knowledge of XHTML 1, HTML 5, cross-browser CSS (including CSS3)
• Strong understanding of UX
• Some exposure to object orientated development
