Qualification:

Tertiary education is advantageous, however, not essential for this role. Skills and ability is very important


Skills & Experience:

This is a Senior role – so a minimum of 5 years as a Front End Developer of a web based application in an Agile environment

Technologies required are:

XHTML, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript

JQuery and Ajax

MVC/MVVM

HTML5 Canvas API

Less or Sass

JavaScript frameworks – (React/AngularJS/Meteor/Backbone)

Source Control solutions such as Git

Experience with other programming languages such as PHP, Python or Ruby is advantageous

You will be very involved in the business and producing ideas on a code base of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Your code will need to be flexible, scalable and reusable! An ability to work on complex designs and code. This is a role that will see you take ownership of what you create and produce, and will allow you to be heavily involved in the integration and design thereof.
