People that have the appetite to work and maintain mini websites. The web sites are based on leading UX principles and must be responsive of nature. Focus will be on separation of concerns; Html5, CSS and JavaScript. Most of the scripting will use the JQuery ecosystem but Angular and MVC pattern knowledge will allow a faster growth path in the organisation. The following skills:
• Html 5 - Required
o Most of the development is done in text editors of the individuals choice
o Must be responsive. Bootstrap and similar grid systems are used in most cases
• CSS 3
o All styling must be put in CSS files in order to separate the UI code from the style code
o Sass knowledge will be a big PLUS
• JavaScript
o Most of the development is a combination of native JavaScript and JQuery with various plug-ins or controls
o AngularJS skill will be a big plus and will allow the developer to be used in the product development of the organisation.
• Photoshop – optional but big PLUS
o Proficiency in designing logos or similar web art will be a great asset
o Ability to resize / optimize existing assets for web use
o Ability to use client CI and produce CSS colour schemes
