• HTML
• CSS
• JavaScript (AngularJS)
• Responsive Web Design
• Version Control
• Web Performance Techniques

 
Nice to have skills:

• CSS Preprocessors (LESS)
• Bower dependency control or any alternative
• Knowledge of Usability best practices
• Knowledge of User Experience Processes
• Building and automation Tools
• Testing (Jasmine or alternatives)
