Kendrick Recruitment is now looking for a hardworking and well presented individual to fill a Front Of House Anchor role at one of the top 5* lodges based in the Kruger National Park. The Front of House Anchor will fulfill the position of the Assistant Lodge Manager and Amukeri when needed, according to the leave cycle schedule. We need someone that can smoothly fit into either role and successfully hand over and take over all duties from the incumbent of the concern position. Ideally we are looking for someone with previous 5* lodge experience in a similar position or as an Assistant Manager. An exceptional knowledge of Food and Beverages is essential along with financial management ability. If you are a hardworking and professional individual with excellent people skills with a keen eye for detail this could be the position for you.
