Opening and closing of shop
Waiter cash up’s
Waiter duties
Waiter roasters
Daily checklist’s
Stock take and stock counting
Staff issues
Reservations
Coordinating of functions and events
Checking in of hotel guests
Checking of hotel rooms
Drivers licence preferably
Staying in the surrounding area’s
