Desired Skills and Experience

• 2 or more years experience in high volume FULL SERVICE, CASUAL OR FINE DINING, corporate or independent restaurant
• Previous success in growing single unit sales volume
• Excellent computer literacy skills
• Ability to effectively lead floor shifts with positive energy and clear direction to deliver enhanced dining experiences to every guest
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Sense of urgency, team-building, and leadership skills
• Exceptional time management and long term planning
