Spend 2 weeks of the cycle assisting in the kitchen as a Chef

 What type of experience do we require?

Previous 4 / 5 * game lodge experience.

Previous culinary experience essential

FOH experience in a five star environment

 Which qualifications will secure this position?

Recognised culinary qualification

Hospitality Management tourism qualification
Driver’s license for South Africa

Computer literate
