Position:                Front Of House – Reservations - Concierge

Salary:                    R8 000 – R10 000 per month Negotiable

Area:                      Hartebeespoort – North West Province

Job Description:

This leading Hotel and Time Share resort is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Front Office Assistant with all basic Front Office knowledge and skills to work within a small team.

Daily operations is imperative and the successful candidate should be flexible in their approach to their job.

Lots of multi tasking from hotel bookings, conferencing and self catering bookings.

Requirements:

Proper administration skills of PMS systems and implementation of Standard Front Office practices.

Controls and procedures.

Strong eye to details and strong administration and computer skills.

Skills required:

Current or previous Front Office skills.

Excellent knowledge of FOH admin and operations skills.

Experience in Apex, fed by E-Res with Plus point POS.

Excellent communication both written and verbal.

Valid driver’s licence

Work well under pressure

Normal hospitality shift and weekend working requirements.

Will be required to perform Duty manager shifts from time to time.
