CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE:

- A passion for animals
- Grade 12 qualification
- Be in possession of a valid South African driver's license
- Be of sober habits
- Excellent administration skills and be computer literate
- Good communication skills in English and Afrikaans - a third language
will be an advantage
- Produce a clean police clearance record
- Public relation skills
- Strong organisational skills/ability to apply initiative effectively
- Good leadership skills
- The ability to follow instructions
- Possess good time management, communication and interpersonal skills

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

Assist receptionist when necessary, compile monthly statistics, facilitate all adoption
and inspectorate administration, consolidate attendance records, coordinate work
rosters, assistance with fundraising, monitor blanket usage and washing, as well as
food stock levels and manage and coordinate all volunteers.
