We are looking for a CURRENT Front Office Manager for a 5 star property in Pretoria.Duties include, but are not limited to:Customer service delivery (Front Desk, Reception, Switchboard and the Porter Desk) attends to guest requests/complaintsOperations – maintain, uphold & improve SOPs; ensure sufficient staffMan all areas; float checks; guest profiles captured correctly; follow-up on open balance status with Accounts departmentFinance – monitor & control departmental expenses; review after departure charges; liaise with Accounts department regularlyPeople management – develop team; conduct performance appraisals;Maintain/administer discipline; plan & approve leaveCandidate RequirementsRequirements:A 3-Year diploma or equivalent tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management;5 years’ experience in a Front Office Supervisory capacity or 4 years managerialA valid driver’s licenseThe ideal candidate will have great interpersonal and communication skills, have good product knowledge, be friendly, guest centric, a team player and have a keen eye for detail.Please submit your application with a professional photo of yourself and contactable references.
