Our Hotel situated in Arcadia Pretoria is seeking a Front Office Manager. Main duties and responsibilities:Greet all guests at all timesCheck in/out guests and offer assistance at all timesArrange any requests from guests within the boundaries as stipulated by the hotel or ensure that the Front Office team follows throughEnsure all AR Accounts are closed correctly with relevant documentationLoad Online Debtors, correctly and timelesslyRecruit staff according to the agreed budget and KPA’sInduct and train staffConduct performance appraisalsConduct progressive disciplineEnsure that all Front Office procedures and policies are adhered to by the Front Office teamManage the float and petty cashEnsure efficient and accurate filing of all documentsCommunicate with all relevant departments at all timesMaintain the Health and Safety procedures of the HotelMinimum requirements:Must have a Matric with MathematicsHotel diplomaPC literateProven track recordAt least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar environment in a Management position
